Where can I try on MWL dresses?
We have exclusive MWL Boutiques on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and London, as well as stockists worldwide who carry MWL samples.
Which samples does my nearest MWL boutique or stockist carry?
In our MWL Boutiques we carry samples of our entire current collection of designs, which you can view here. Please note MWL Vintage designs are not available to try on in our MWL Boutiques (stockists not included) and can only be purchased online.
As all of our stockists manage their own stock, please reach out to your nearest stockist to confirm which MWL designs they have available to try in their boutique.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment at one of our exclusive MWL Boutiques on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or London here.

Can I book an appointment to try on veils and accessories?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to accommodate veil and accessory appointments. Most of our veils and accessories remain in stock at our head office and aren’t available to purchase directly from our boutiques. We do however aim to ship your order out within 2-5 business days.
How do I order a dress if I don’t have a stockist in my country?
Our head office MWL team will be more than happy to assist you with placing an order online if you don’t have access to one of our boutiques or stockists. Please email us at [email protected].
How quickly can I have a dress made?
Do you have any dresses available to ship immediately?
We have a limited range of Ready to Wear dresses that are available to ship right away. You can view our full Ready to Wear range here.
What is the price of MWL dresses?
If you cannot view our prices online, we recommend reaching out to your nearest MWL Stockist directly to confirm accurate local pricing.
How long do Veils and Accessories take to ship?
Most of our Veils and Accessories remain in stock at our Head Office. You should expect your online order to be shipped within approximately 2-5 business days from us on the Gold Coast, Australia. Shipping within Australia is generally 2-5 business days and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world.
Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?
We are able to accept returns of select items within our Veils & Accessories and Ready to Wear sections ordered online only. When you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. However, we cannot accept any returns for earrings or any invisible bra purchases for hygiene reasons. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your item if you have any concerns.
Purchase of additional fabric is final sale. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on additional fabric purchased.
Do you ever hold sample sales?
We usually hold a sample sale one to two times a year. We recommend following us on Instagram @madewithlovebridal to be the first to know when we are hosting a sale.

Are MWL dresses white or ivory?
All of our dresses are ivory, we do not make any designs in stark white.
