Wow…that’s all I can say! On August 17, 2020 (on our 9 year anniversary), I got to marry the love of my life. We just got our photos back from our photographer and cried together as we opened them. What a beautiful way to relive the entire day. I can’t thank Made with Love enough for my Georgie dress. I’ve never felt more stunning in my entire life! I saw this dress when it was announced on Instagram 2 weeks ago. Prior to that I had no idea what style of dress I wanted and nothing had caught my eye so I hadn’t booked any bridal appointments. I saw the Harlow dress the night it came out and my heart actually skipped a beat. I quickly screenshotted the photos and sent to my bridesmaids and mum for feedback. They loved it too. I made the appointment immediately and miraculously we were all available on the long weekend – we usually can’t organise a coffee catch up let alone a bridal fitting appointment. I had my appointment yesterday and the Harlow dress fit me just as I had hoped. It is stunning and I knew immediately it was my dress.

Now that I have my dress my wedding actually feels real and I’m just beyond excited. Just wanted to say a big thank you for the entire experience that we had yesterday. It was simply perfect.

I loved everything about the dress, the thinner strap sat comfortably on my shoulders and the slightly higher back meant the dress fit through my waist nicely. But, the cowl detail was my favourite thing about the dress!

Rosey mentioned how hard Carla worked to perfect the cowl and I hope you can pass on to her that all of her effort was absolutely worth it from a bride’s point of view. As a perfectionist myself there isn’t a thing I would change about the dress and I’m so looking forward to when I am able to see it online in the coming weeks!

When we arrived at the show room last Saturday I was so blown away with how personal the whole experience was. I wasn’t expecting that we would have the whole place to ourselves, and Rose was just so welcoming and made me feel really Comfortable, especially given I was quite nervous as it was my first time in any bridal store. Every detail of my fitting was perfect, and the space was a dream to be in. It was far beyond my expectations and I felt so special the whole time, right up until we left. (Not my fault I need to try every dress to find one I love haha!) Her patience was incredible and she had so many suggestions on how I could make each gown fit & work. Every dress shop needs a Zoe!

We were married on 15.02.2020 at the Currant Shed in McLaren Flat and we had the most perfect day. I felt like a princess in my dress, it was so very comfortable and gorgeous on the green grass at our ceremony. My husband and all the guests loved and commented on how beautiful it was. I teamed the dress with the Chani veil, nine west shoes and some pearl drop earrings. I felt comfortable, beautiful, confident, and like a total bride.

I was beside myself when she arrived in Dec last year and Bettina the dress maker did a wonderful job of alterations at a great price.
