We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Assistant/ Office All Rounder to join our team at our brand new head office in Burleigh on the Gold Coast. We are looking for someone who is organised with a lot of initiative and who is a fast learner. 

Hours of work are Monday – Thursday from 7:30am – 3:00pm with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.  We are looking for an immediate start.

The Role 

This role will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and assist our QC team in keeping our quality control processes at a high standard. 

  • Understand and follow technical specifications and quality control system
  • Testing and fitting dresses and accessories as part of the design and production process
  • Basic admin duties (reporting, database entry, label creation, printing, etc.)
  • Packaging and wrapping preparation
  • Checking and processing products 
  • Prioritise tasks to achieve team and department KPIs
  • Apply ticketing and labelling of dresses
  • Stock take
  • Complete Quality Control reports every day
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as directed by the QC Manager

We are seeking a Senior Stylist to join our Brisbane Boutique team in Albion on a permanent part-time basis, 3 days per week. The Managing Stylist will support our Brisbane Boutique Manager by assisting with all operational tasks associated with running the boutique and conducting intimate, one on one consultations with brides.

Weekend availability is a must in this role with the potential for late night trade shifts as well.

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting one on one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily. 
  • Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
  • Achieving sales targets with your team.
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the Brisbane Boutique with tasks such as roster management, emails, team support, steaming dresses, spot cleaning stock, stocktaking and more. 

About you: 

  • 2+ years experience in retail fashion leadership is desirable, however candidates with luxury customer service experience will also be considered
  • You are meticulous with an impeccable attention to detail
  • You must be a people person with a great attitude; we are all about providing a great experience, so patience, professionalism and a positive attitude is key! 
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and management skills
  • A strong passion for fashion and bridal
  • Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success
  • Basic hand sewing skills are a great bonus!

We are seeking a stylist to join our Sydney Boutique team at our St Ives store on a casual basis. The role includes conducting intimate, one-on-one consultations with brides and their families to find their dream dress.

This role specifically requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, Casual hours will vary with the opportunity for more hours for the right candidate during peak season. 

 What you will be doing:

  • Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily. 
  • Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales.
  • You will also be required to perform general retail tasks, such as steam ironing dresses, stocktaking and general cleaning.

About you: 

  • You are meticulous with an impeccable attention to detail
  • You must be a people person with a great attitude; we are all about providing a great experience, so a patience, professionalism and a positive attitude is key! 
  • A strong passion for fashion and bridal
  • Bridal or retail experience is not required, rather a background in sales and customer service is preferred.
  • Have a passion for making bride’s dreams become a reality!
  • Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success
