We are looking for a stylist for our MWL Sydney boutique! We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure & is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.

This role is part-time, 1 – 3 days a week (including at least one weekend day!), with a competitive salary for the right candidate. More hours may also be available for the right candidate.

We are seeking an experienced and talented seamstress to join our London team at our East London HQ on a part-time basis. Minimum one day a week, with flexibility to work more days if required.

Our usual office hours are Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm, but we are open for our new seamstress to choose which day of the week suits them best! We are looking for someone to fill the role immediately.

What we are looking for:

  • Reconstructions, alterations, and customisations to a high standard.
  • Maintaining the upkeep of samples in our London Boutique.
  • Able to travel to our London Workshop, please note this role cannot be done remotely.
  • Passion for bridal and luxury fashion – you’ll be playing a key part in making our MWL Girls’ bridal dreams come true!
  • Salary range £20-£30/hr depending on experience, but we are happy to negotiate for the perfect candidate.

About you:

  • Experience in bridal or occasion wear is a must-have! We regret are unable to offer this role to trainees at this time.
  • Experience working with lace, beading, embroidery, and other luxury fabrics is essential.
  • You are meticulous with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated, effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work in accordance with and upkeep our stringent Quality Control standards.
  • Ability to work under direction and take initiative to problem solve.

This role will report directly to our Senior Production and Quality Control Coordinator and Boutique Manager.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor for our MWL London Flagship Boutique! We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure & is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily.
  • Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
  • Ensuring the boutique always has exceptional presentation, including cleanliness and merchandising.
  • Managing appointment bookings and general boutique administration.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales.

  • A strong passion for fashion and bridal
  • Experience in a retail environment (luxury or bridal experience is a plus)

We are seeking a stylist to join our Sydney Boutique team at our St Ives store on a casual basis. The role includes conducting intimate, one-on-one consultations with brides and their families to find their dream dress.

This role specifically requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, Casual hours will vary with the opportunity for more hours for the right candidate during peak season. 

 What you will be doing:

  • Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily. 
  • Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales.
  • You will also be required to perform general retail tasks, such as steam ironing dresses, stocktaking and general cleaning.

  • You are meticulous with an impeccable attention to detail
  • You must be a people person with a great attitude; we are all about providing a great experience, so a patience, professionalism and a positive attitude is key! 
  • A strong passion for fashion and bridal
  • Bridal or retail experience is not required, rather a background in sales and customer service is preferred.

We are looking for a Part-time Admin and Dispatch Assistant to join our MWL Wholesale team in Utrecht, Netherlands. We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Role Description

You’ll play a pivotal role in the magic of our brides’ journey, ensuring that each dress is packed with care and sent out with the utmost love and attention to detail and in time. Additional admin duties such as labelling, stock management and being an extra help for the team will be a crucial part of the role so we are looking for a proactive and a team player candidate to join our office. This is an on-site role that involves frequent collaboration with the rest of the MWL team.

Your tasks will involve:

  • Packing and Sending Dresses: carefully packaging our stunning dresses, ensuring each one is prepared with love and precision for its journey to our cherished brides-to-be.
  • Ensuring Perfect Shipments: Your touch ensures that every dress is well-packed, guaranteeing they arrive in pristine condition.
  • Utilizing your organizational skills to update our backend systems, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics while maintaining our meticulous records.
  • Admin duties (reporting, database entry, label creation, printing, etc.)
  • Additional duties as directed by the Office Manager
