How did you meet?

We first met midweek at my housemate Melissa’s work place (where John worked too), it was his birthday celebrations that weekend so he invited Melissa on the provision she bought me, and the rest is history!

When did you know they were the one?

I don’t really think there was a pivotal point where I realised, I think it just grew and looking back now I can’t remember not loving him.

Who proposed and how?

John proposed to me, it was my birthday and we had just sold my first home, settlement was a few days away so he took me there to “check that we had everything out” and then as we walked around the back he asked if I wanted one last memory and got down on one need and asked me to marry him! I was in total shock.. but obviously said yes!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I came across the Ella dress online, I kept on checking it out and absolutely loved it, so I booked in at Bluebell Bridal to try it on, it was the first dress I tried on and the one I kept on going back to and I just loved it more and more every fitting I had. I loved the lace, it was super comfortable and fitted my style to a tee! It also suited our relaxed fun wedding and got absolutely drenched in the rain but I still felt fabulous in it!
