Who proposed and how?

He proposed on the beach at night. We love the beach and sea, my husband is a surfer.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I always knew I didn’t want a traditional boring wedding dress but didn’t know where to start. I seen made with love on Instagram and loved all the dresses at that time and knew I needed to go to a made with love boutique and no where else. I was set on the brand. Looking online before my appointment the Rosey was my fav, it the first dress I tried on and instantly fell in love. None of the other dressed compared to it for me.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Despite me being sicklingly nervous for the ceremony as I don’t like attention, the walk down the isle with my dad and my favourite song was amazing and everyone looking and loving my dress.

What were your favorite details?

As a couple we are very minimalist, not over the top and I wanted our wedding day to show us as people and our laid back approach to our lives. Our venue was beautiful and didn’t need much adding to it. We wanted people to enjoy themselves all day and not feel stiff. We had a BBQ reception, magician and house music DJ later on in the evening.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Although you will be nervous in the morning leading up to getting to your venue, as soon as you see your future husband at the end the isle, you feel amazing and so loved. Enjoy it.
Don’t listen to other people’s opinions, stick to what you believe in.
