How did you meet?

We both laugh when we get asked this question as Danes first Christmas present to me was a coordinates bracelet with the coordinates of drum roll… The Met night club in Brisbane (through mutual friends)…. So romantic ha!

When did you know they were the one?

There’s so many little moments when I knew he was the one, but the stand out would have to be our first overseas holiday together in the US & Mexico April 2016, we went to Coachella just the two of us, and it’s really where we learnt to enjoy each other’s company.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

-I have never met someone so supportive and caring, not only to me but our families and friends too

-He is willing to give anything a go, he even tried salsa lessons with me – and was actually really good!

-His ability to always make me smile & laugh – even when I am hangry

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I had spent so many hours looking at different dresses on instagram, as soon as I saw the Georgie dress on the MWL instagram I instantly new this was the dress I wanted to get married in – it reminded me of a magnolia flower which I have always loved so much. I booked my appointment at White Lily Couture and tried the Georgie dress last, as soon as it was on a could not stop crying it just felt so right!

Who proposed and how?

Dane proposed at Michelangelo square in Florence, August 2017. After he had spent 3 weeks hiding an engagement ring in the back pocket of his pants because he knows I would have searched his suitcase (which I did, and didn’t find a thing). He got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him, at this point only tears came out and I left him hanging until I finally said YES!
