How did you meet?

We are childhood sweethearts. We used to be in the same biology class at college and found success in love but both failed biology!

When did you know they were the one?

He always says he knew straight away. It took me a little longer… Once he got me though, that was it.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

Who proposed and how?

He proposed on a gorgeous sunny UK day in a big thick coat. He had told me we were going to York for the day (we had our first ever night away here), instead he took us on the Walls Walk with beautiful scenery and had booked us a secret night away in a stunning hotel. He dropped to the knee and then immediately took his jacket off. I did wonder that morning why he was bringing a thick jacket with him.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

LOVE Bridal – Cheshire UK. I had seen it on a model online and followed MWL from the minute I got engaged. It always had the floaty bridal look I always dreamed of.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Best moment – everyone must say this. But the entire day was just magical in every way possible. It was everything we had both ever hoped and dreamed of…. Perfect weather so we could have it outside definitely helped!

What were your favorite details?

Receiving our photos back and seeing happy smiley faces from all of our guests throughout the entire day. It was like our own little Italian wedding but in the UK.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Everyone told me this before, to take 5 minutes for yourself and your new husband alone to take in the moment. It goes so so quickly and is so surreal. Proper moment of realization that you are unbelievably happy together.

Any standout vendors?

Charlotte White Weddings – our photographer. Who not only produced the most stunning photos but made us feel so comfortable the entire day.
Andy Usher Music – Solo and with the band, he brought the chilled vibes and party vibes perfectly!
