How did you meet?
Dancing to Hotline Bling by Drake.
When did you know they were the one?
When he woke up extra early on the weekends to go hiking with me!
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
Matt exudes joy, alarmingly extroverted and bananas smart.
Who proposed and how?
Matt proposed on a cliff top hike after a very sketchy canoe ride across the gorge! Little did I know if the canoe has tipped we would have lost the backpack (containing the ring) 200ft down in the lake!
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
Mila made me and my dad smile with its sparkles!! My dad passed away from cancer before my wedding, but he was able to go dress shopping with me and was with me when I finally decided on Mila. We got to take a picture together in the store.
What was the best moment for you at your wedding?
Our quiet moments during the first look. Just Matt and I, standing close, in one of our favourite downtown cocktail bars.
What advice would you tell other brides?
A huge one that helped me and my friends “As long as the bride is vibing, everyone will be vibing”
