How did you meet?

We met in the emergency room as nurses together!

When did you know they were the one?

When we road tripped across the country together & didn’t stop talking once. The time flew by & it really was the best trip ever!

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

He is driven, outgoing, compassionate.

Who proposed and how?

Jake proposed to me at the top of a sunrise hike in Kauai, Hawaii. It was PERFECT!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I instantly fell in love the moment I felt this dress on my body & saw myself in it. At Spring Sweet in Holland, Michigan. It made me feel like a bride! So soft, comfortable, the detail in the lace, the way it hugged my body in the right places. Its my dream dress.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The best moment for me was walking down the aisle to my now husband! We didn’t do a first look so it made this moment extra special.

What were your favourite details?

Everything was perfect! The flowers…incredible!!
‘The veil matching my dress! All the bright colors- even the guests wore bright colors!

What advice would you tell other brides?

Soak it all in! Also take a moment with your partner in private. We read our vows in private & it was so special & nice to have that time to ourselves.
