How did you meet?

We met when we were 16, he yelled out a cheeky comment to me when we were out with friends & he definitely caught my eye when I first saw him. We’ve been inseparable since!

When did you know they were the one?

After 2 weeks of dating, we were doing your typical rainy day make out sess & there was just something in that moment that clicked & I fell so in love with him.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

I love his selflessness, the way he treats me & his drive for things he’s passionate about.

All of these attributes and many more are just a few of the reasons I fell in love with him.

Who proposed and how?

My husband proposed in the most dreamy way! We were in the Hunter Valley for a weekend, just the two of us, & we had a helicopter flight over the vineyards! When we landed, we were getting photos in front of the helicopter & next minute he’s down on one knee. I could not stop smiling & honestly still can’t stop!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with Archie instantly. I had screenshot a few dresses that I loved, & I kept saying that Archie will be the one I just know it & it was! My mum isn’t an emotional person, & as soon as I put Archie on she was crying! The only dress I tried on that she cried with. I also went with Alexandra as I LOVED the fit & party vibe it has, it was the best decision to have both!!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

My favourite moment was seeing my husband at the end of the aisle for the first time, no one told me how emotional & overwhelming that moment is & I will forever remember it so clearly.

What were your favourite details?

The ceremony was a huge stand out for me, we had such a relaxed & fun atmosphere. Standing there with my soulmate & seeing all our loved ones there was something else. We wanted a party vibe for the reception as that’s just us! We had a Photo Booth too which was perfect. The most special day ever!

What advice would you tell other brides?

I know everyone says this, but do not stress the small things leading up to the day. Absolutely nothing matters on the day, I had so many things not go to plan & I wouldn’t change it. Just soak everything in & have a blast.
