How did you meet?

We met doing CrossFit while he was stationed in FL.

When did you know they were the one?

He was unlike anyone I had ever dated – so kind, sweet and honest. When I realized he was what every girl looked for in a partner I realized I was the lucky one!

Who proposed and how?

He proposed when we were in San Diego, CA for a friend’s wedding. We were sightseeing in Balboa Park when he popped the question in one of the quiet gardens.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

At The White Magnolia, Jacksonville. I have always wanted something with sparkle and different than lace. I also wanted something with straps, fitting and classy. This dress had all the qualities I looked for in a dress.

What was the best moment for you at the wedding?

The speeches from our siblings- we knew it was a big task for them but they poured their hearts out and surprised everybody.

What were your favourite details?

Our flowers and reception table details.

What advice would you tell other brides?

If you fall in love or cry over something during the planning process, that’s the one! Even if it is costly, go for what your instincts tell you! You don’t want to look back and remember that you settled for anything less.
