How did you meet?

Tinder!!!

When did you know they were the one?

Our first date was on 6th December 2018 and we saw each-other about 8 more times before he left for his Christmas holiday. It was pretty instantaneous

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

My partner is extremely thoughtful, always surprising me with thoughtful activities or gifts when I’m doing it tough
He is ambitious which is very sexy
He has a lot of passion, mostly for Collingwood football club but he rides and dies for the ones he loves

Who proposed and how?

He proposed! A month after we met we went to the airport and got a ticket “on the next plane out of here” and it ended up being Tasmania. 3 years later he planned another trip to Tasmania where he hired a helicopter ride to take us over all the places we visited in our first trip. We landed on a private beach and had a picnic and that’s where he got down on one knee and proposed.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

In the MWL showroom, I was going for my second try on of a different dress and the new collection had just released so I tried a few of those on and fell head over heels for the Darcy! The 3D flowers, the cap sleeves, the figure hugging, low back and plunging neck line, I was obsessed!!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Saying our vows was very special as I had written them long before we were even engaged and turned out we had VERY similar ones, even quoting the exact same song.

What were your favourite details?

My favour were details were the small things that I put a lot of effort into as they came out so perfect on the day! Engraving my husbands watch “don’t be late I’ve waited my whole life for you” as he is notoriously late, the seat tags for our family members and the empty seat for our loved ones that had passed that I had sourced beautiful photos of and had displayed
