How did you meet?

Noah and I met in college, over a game of sand volleyball with all of our friends. He was wearing jorts and a Hawaiian shirt and I remember being caught off guard by how different he was.

When did you know they were the one?

I knew he was the one just a few short weeks after we started dating when I saw him play with his nieces and newphews.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner

Noah has a zest for life and adventure, he is extremely goofy, and he is super loyal to those that he loves.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with my dress at Bride KC. I knew I wanted something unique and I am not a huge fluffy or simple dress gal. I had tried on so many dresses and had even come back for a second appointment at Bride KC. I had narrowed it down to two dresses but just couldn’t pull the trigger on either BUT then Laura came back with my MWL dress, Carla, that was a perfect combo of both and I knew it was the one.

Who proposed and how?

Noah proposed to me in the middle of a blizzard. We had dinner planes at a really awesome restaurant we love in downtown KC that night and he was going to do it there but a massive snowstorm came through and it closed- so he proposed to me in the middle of a field by writing will you marry me in the snow and walking me down there with my eyes closed- then we popped some champagne and ate some bbq.
