Jessica & Danny

How did you meet?

We had known of each other and had a great connection, however we were both in relationships at the time. Some years later and both being single, we met on a night out at one of our local pubs and spent 6 hours talking, much to the annoyance of both our friends. The rest was history really!

When did you know they were the one?

When he told me he also loved labradors…ha!

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

I love Danny’s incredibly laid-back and carefree attitude to life, his ability to make anyone feel at ease, and his passion and drive for living life.

I love Jess’s infectious laugh, her incredibly caring and thoughtful nature, and how much she loves our beloved pooches.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I felt like a true princess in my ivory Sasha. In England, it is really hard to find laid-back, elegant and bohemian dresses, as over here everything is usually very heavily beaded and has quite a classic silhouette, so after nearly giving in to having to order something online, I finally came across your instagram page and was delighted to see you had a stockist not too far from me!

I knew just from the photo that Sasha would be the one for me. I loved her unique crochet lace. I am a tall and slim girl and was convinced that a fitted dress wouldn’t suit my figure, but I was wrong and I have never been more sure about something than when I tried her on.

Who proposed and how?

Danny proposed on safari in South Africa. My biggest bucket list dream of them all was to see the Lion King in real life, and what a magical day it all was!!

Of course, I said Yes!

Where did you go to Honeymoon?

Singapore and Bali. The most amazing 2.5 weeks ever!  I (Jess) am quite a nature and animal geek so I was very excited to explore in Bali, however I was surprised at how much I loved Singapore. It is more than just a city! There was such a cool buzz about the place, and the shopping is insane. Who doesn’t love to shop?
