How did you meet?

We met line dancing at our local country bar and instantly were best friends. We were friends for four years and NEVER would have thought we would be anything more than that

When did you know they were the one?

When we decided to step out of the friend zone and share that first kiss, we knew that we had found our forever. From that moment on we have been inseparable.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

He is extremely kind, super funny, and passionate. We bring out our inner children with each other and can be silly together while also being able to deal with the hard times maturely.

Who proposed and how?

Jarid proposed on the rooftop of our church, which was an old school movie theatre before our church took it over. We were “having a casual dinner” up there with friends. As I walked out of the elevator, there were flower petals and candles EVERYWHERE. It was magical!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with my dress through Instagram! When the time came to start the dress hunt, the first thing I did was search what bridal salon in my area carried Made With Love and booked it immediately. I scheduled one other dress fitting prior to the salon to make sure that when I tried it on, I knew it was the one. And boy was I right! In total I tried on 9 dresses, but I always knew in my head which one I was going to walk down the aisle in.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The entire weekend was everything I ever wanted, but the best moment was right after we had finished photos and we’re waiting for our grand entrance. We had about 10 minutes together just the two of us while the guest were taking their seats in the reception hall. We just sat there and enjoyed each other’s company and it finally set in that we were actually married. It was calm and peaceful, but so so special.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Go with the flow! If something doesn’t work out, accept it and move on. Two of our groomsmen’s ties that were ordered as the same color, actually came in two different shades. If you stress the small things, your day will be ruined and all of the hard work you put into you big day will be brought down by such a small issue.

Photos: Desert Born Studios – Sara is the BEST! She captured all the beauty of the wedding and I constantly find myself scrolling through at 1,400 pictures from the day!
Video: 909 Visual – the crew themselves were great to work with. But the content they got was AMAZING. We have so much we can watch back, including a 20 minute highlight video of the entire day.
Florals: Sisti & Co – Kim Sisti is pure talent. I told her my colors and vibe and let her run wild! I was in pure shock and awe when I saw it all set up. It brought tears to my eyes!
