How did you meet?
Jake and I met on a dating app 6 and a half years ago.
When did you know they were the one?
My now husband text his best friend on our first date, to say he knew he wanted to marry me and had the text and time stamp in his wedding speech. I also knew early on.
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
Supportive, Kind, Fun.
Who proposed and how?
Jake proposed and a Scottish road trip on the NC500. We were on a beach having a bbq when he asked.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
I fell in love with the dress on Instagram and started following the #MWLArchie hashtag. I then tried it on in the MWL London showroom and knew it was the perfect dress. Simple but elegant and I love the low back.
What was the best moment for you at your wedding?
All the planning came together and having everyone we loved around us.
What were your favorite details?
Bluebells in my bouquet (something blue)
Pastel de nata as a wedding cake (Portuguese tarts)
Dancing in the rain
What advice would you tell other brides?
Just relax and let the day unfold.
