How did you meet?
We met through friends at our university – the University of Tennessee. We dated for 5 years before finally tying the knot!
How did you know they were the one?
I knew from the beginning. It took Colby a little longer. As soon as I met his family it was over for him! 🙂
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
We are genuinely best friends. He is so sweet, so funny, and my biggest cheerleader in every aspect of life.
Who proposed and how?Â
He proposed last year mid-pandemic at a park! It was a very happy time in the middle of a very not happy time in the world.
What was the best moment for you at the wedding?
The ceremony! It was so beautiful and perfect and I couldn’t wait to say ‘I do!’ To my forever best friend.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
Maggie Louise bridal in Memphis,TN (my hometown). It was out of my budget but I couldn’t imagine myself in any other dress on my big day. THANK YOU GUYS FOR DESIGNING THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS.
What were your favourite details?
The dress and the flowers – all the heart eyes!
What advice would you tell other brides?
Try not to stress out about the little stuff, you are the only one that will notice and your guests are going to have a blast regardless.
