How did you meet?

Like a true modern romance; ours began by swiping right. After a few weeks of chatting, we decided to meet in person for a casual stroll along the beach. And the rest is history.

When did you know they were the one?

Justin has always blown me away by his willingness as a go getter. Anything he puts his mind to he achieves. A surreal sense of being cared for came over me and a sense of peace and safety. An extremely attractive quality that I could now never live without.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

– His love for dogs.
– His determination to achieve.
– His goofy personality that only I get to see.

Who proposed and how?

December 2022, Justin had arranged for us to take our adorable dog Chloe for a walk along the beach. While we walked along, he had asked for me to check Chloe’s collar. I then noticed a love heart pendant attached to her collar saying “Will you marry my Daddy?” When I turned around, he was down on one knee with an absolutely stunning diamond ring.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I saw the MWL Louie flowy dress on a local bridal shops Instagram. It was then that I knew that I just had to try it on! When I tried it on, I knew it was the one. The delicate detail of the lace, the beautiful modern plunge in the front and the stunning V shape back. Absolutely stunning, to match a modern live story.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

My favourite moment during my wedding would have to be all of my girlfriends, mother and aunties dancing on the dance floor to the infamous ABBA’s Dancing Queen song. I’ll never forget it!

What were your favourite details?

My favourite part of my wedding is how beautifully all of our guests merged into one big family of ours. To have all of your favourite people together, is something truly special. A magical night it was.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Take a moment to look over your wedding and appreciate yourself for all of the hard work you put into it! Every small detail you envisioned has come to life and it’s all for you!
And designate a close friend to take your phone and gets lots of happy snaps of you and your guests throughout the night. So when you wake up the next day, you can revisit parts of your night.
