How did you meet?

We are high school sweet hearts. Over 10 years later, he finally asked me to marry him! We found out after we started dating that our mums were in the same hospital and had us 3 days apart- we both have the same a newspaper clipping congratulating our parents on our births.

When did you know they were the one?

We decided to split up after high school for a bit but we kept getting drawn back together. He has always been my best friend and every time we were apart I missed him.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

Caring nature, smile, loyalty

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

The MWL Georgie dress was not one I would normally go for… I usually hate fitted things. My sister convinced me to try it on when we were in the Queensland store and my bridesmaids and I fell in love instantly.

Who proposed and how?

Bobby proposed. He had told me he booked us at a restaurant for dinner so we were sitting have nibbles and drinks on the balcony at Lennox overlooking the beach. I went in the get my jacket and came back out and he was on one knee. He poured his heart out to me… but I told him he would have to repeat it later because I was in too much shock to take in what he was saying!Where did you go to Honeymoon?

We went to Sri Lanka then to the Maldives as it’s somewhere we both hadn’t been before and it was absolutely incredible. Apart from doing the tourist ‘must do’s’ at the start of our trip, we surfed every day and chilled at the beautiful beaches down south!

Where did you go to honeymoon?

We haven’t yet, Bobby is surprising me in the next October holidays (I’m a teacher)… I’ve tagged him in enough posts for him to know somewhere tropical 😉
