How did you meet?

At high school.

When did you know they were the one?

I think I always knew. We were best friends from the start.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

Thoughtful, kind and super organised – he arranges all our travel plans. Even our 4 month around the world adventure!

Who proposed and how?

He proposed in a beach in Cambodia during our travels. It was perfect! He had a little wooden ring.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

A beautiful boutique in Scotland. Stevie was everything I had dreamed of. The lace, the fit, the train. It was perfect! I bought it almost 3 years before my big day (postponed due to covid) and never once doubted it’s beauty.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Too many to pinpoint but at the end of the night our friends and family lifted us onto their shoulders during the last song and it was just the best moment!

What were your favourite details?

My tulle wings just made the dress pop that little bit more. We even had a little breeze on lake Como that day which made them all the more dramatic.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Don’t get hung up on silly little details that you will never remember, especially on the big day. Just be so grateful and happy the big day has come around. It will be flawless no matter what!
