How did you meet?

We swiped right on Tinder and a modern romance truly began. We were inseparable from our first date and have enjoyed every minute since.

When did you know they were the one?

Aaron says from the first kiss he knew we were soulmates.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

His sense of humour. Whenever I’m grumpy or we’ve had a disagreement, he still manages to make me smile.

His commitment to our future and always trying to level up our lives.

Who proposed and how?

Aaron proposed in our first apartment together.

He spent the whole day blowing up balloons, getting roses and putting photos of us up. He put candles everywhere and put a love heart in the middle of the room. When I came home from work I was totally surprised and totally taken aback. Neither of us even said anything, we both just cried as he got down on one knee and I just nodded, it was so beautiful and a memory that I will forever cherish.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

The Gold Coast MWL boutique. I knew that Ryder was my dress the moment I put her on. Once my wings were attached I felt totally complete.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Listening to my husband’s vows was my absolute highlight. Looking around the room during speeches and seeing all our loved ones was beyond special as well.

What were your favourite details?

My florals were stunning. We also had a custom neon sign with our last name and now it sits on our buffet in our dining room.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Don’t sweat the small stuff, things may not go to plan and that’s okay! At the end of the day, you’re marrying your best friend and that’s all that matters.
