How did you meet?

We met through mutual friends on a cruise after one of our friends had to pull out! It didn’t turn into the love boat, but certainly cemented us as best friends and we fell in love from there.

When did you know they were the one?

There wasn’t a particular moment, but it certainly became clear when he put my needs above his own like letting me share all of his meals, share his dog and share his home!

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

The most selfless person I have ever met

Who proposed and how?

He had planned one of our favourite days at the beach with our dog, until I ruined it thinking he was going to propose then and there! Instead, he took me home, set up a backyard picnic in our brand new house and proposed with just the two of us over a much to be desired cheeseboard!!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I actually first fell in love with Remi! I loved her lace and elegance, but I am a woman who loves a good boogie on the dance floor. I attended a second appointment and Summer had just been released. I put her on and knew she was the perfect mix of elegance, fun and flirty!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The photos after the ceremony! Our most favourite people, laughing and enjoying the serenity after the formalities of the ceremony!

What were your favourite details?

My flowers! I was obsessed with their beauty. I also loved the venue, it compliment the simple elegance that I had always dreamed of!

What advice would you tell other brides?

That worrying about the weather one month before isn’t worth it! You can’t change anything and it genuinely could be rain, hail or shine, as soon as you see your partner standing at the end of the aisle, all of those worries just disappear!
