How did you meet?

Through mutual friends! My two matron of honors are my best friends from college and their husbands are my husbands best friends from college.

When did you know they were the one?

Pretty early on I knew that he was the one because we were inseparable and truly best friends.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

1. His positivity and ability to always see the glass half full
2. His humor and personality
3. His determination and drive

Who proposed and how?

Michael proposed. He had his best man tell me he was throwing his wife a surprise 30th birthday party and I helped plan it but it wasn’t a party! it was a proposal!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I’ve been obsessed with Made With Love for years!!! I always thought I’d wear MWL when I got married. I had an appt scheduled and my friend was coming with me and sent me the Tommy on Instagram. I liked it but then I loved it when I put it on!! It just felt like me and made me feel beautiful in every way!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The first look because it was a moment together before everything. He was really emotional too and it was just a beautiful moment. And then of course the reception was a blast!

What were your favourite details?

My dad passed away a year before our wedding from COVID so on the flowers we had tied a piece of his shirt on all of the bouquets so he was with everyone that day, it was special.
