Our team will be all hands on deck preparing the dresses for shipping during the sale. This means that sadly, if you have any questions regarding the sample sale or particular samples for sale, we might not get back to you before another bride buys the dress you are interested in. Please consider this before contacting us on the day of the sale. You can access our FAQs here.

** All precautions have been taken to ensure that each sample is sold only once. In the unfortunate and unlikely circumstance that any dress is sold twice at exactly the same time, we will refund and alert the second buyer as soon as we discover the sale.
- This sample sale is available to brides worldwide!
- The sample sale is first in, best dressed. Please act fast to ensure you don’t miss out on your dream dress; once a dress is sold, it is gone.
- There will be no cancellations, returns or refunds once purchased. All sales are final.
- Once purchased, your order will be posted to you within 1 – 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number directly from our courier once your item has shipped.
- All orders will be shipped individually. Unfortunately, there will be no grouping of orders.
- Please note that pricing is subject to change throughout the sale.
- Some dresses are brand new, some are never released once-off designs, some are samples, some have been worn once in a photoshoot; the prices reflect their condition. Any special notes on condition will be outlined within each individual product. Please see the general grading scale used for all items below:

Please see our sample sale size chart below. Majority of sample sale dresses are standard sizes, meaning alterations are expected for a perfect fit.
We highly recommend adding cleaning to restore your sample sale dress to her best possible condition before shipping. Please note that cleaning may take up to 14 days to complete before your dress is shipped, please allow 2-5 weeks for dispatch from our HQ. Please ensure you read our T+Cs below if you opt into our cleaning service.
Cleaning Service T&C’s
Like any other dry cleaning business, we cannot guarantee every mark will come out as it depends on the type of stain and how long it’s been there. Please bear in mind that there is a fine line between removing the marks and ruining the material, so we will give your dress the complete care it deserves. However, we are able to return most of our dresses to their original state
