How did you meet?
Met on Croatia Sail back in 2015.
When did you know they were the one?
We were both taken by surprise! We became friends in Europe and continued to see one another round at group events until July 2016 when I turned up to his birthday and the rest is history.
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
– His ability to love me for me
– Loyal to his core
– Continues to challenge me
Who proposed and how?
He did! We went out for dinner and when we arrived at our new apartment of 3 months, our hallway was lit up with candles, balloons, rose petals & he asked me in the comfort of our own home.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
Like many other girls, I was planning the finer details to my wedding before I had even gotten engaged. MWL popped up on my socials and the Harlow had me instantly. Being not a traditionally size small, If anybody told me I would wear a tight low back wedding dress I would have laughed.
What was the best moment for you at the wedding?
Quite typical but sitting back listening to speeches and watching the whole room be present. They all turn up because they love us and it truly is special.
What were your favourite details?
Everything! – So cliche
What advice would you tell other brides?
– Be flexible & accept support/help
– Don’t skip out on photography & videography (they’re the last things you have of your special day)
– DIY the small things
– Take a moment to watch the people at the wedding – it’s so magical!
