How did you meet?
We met in primary school. I vividly remember his Justin Bieber hair and his green volleys.
When did you know they were the one?
I don’t remember the exact moment but I knew from the way he treated me; making me laugh, going to the shops to get me my favourite snacks, always being there when I need it etc.
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
Sense of humour, ability to openly communicate, cooking skills.
Who proposed and how?
He proposed on at the top of Kangaroo Point after an Italian dinner in South Bank.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
Made with Love Gold Coast Boutique! I saw it on Instagram and HAD to try it on!
What was the best moment for you at your wedding?
The ceremony because so many of our friends were included in it, one was our celebrant, another two were our flower men and choreographed a full routine and our bridal party of course.
We also had our dogs Brax and Schooner join us during our bridal photos.

What advice would you tell other brides?
Rain will NOT ruin your wedding day! I won’t lie I cried a lot the week leading up to my wedding day, hoping the weather app was wrong. But by the time we were in the car on our way to the venue I was too focussed on my excitement.
Plus we got some great photos!
Any standout vendors?
Georgia (@createdbyg) was our photographer and she was so wonderful! My now husband usually hates photos but was comfortable and actually enjoyed himself.
Nikita Bell our celebrant had a package option where we could have one of our friends marry us and she was so amazing in making this happen for us, it made our day so much more special.
