How did you meet?
We met online. After chatting by text we met up. Starting having some dates and things blossomed…
When did you know they were the one?
After he sang a beautiful song one night I knew he was something special… And then he always seemed to be there to care and support when I needed someone. He has been my best friend and biggest supporter who I am forever grateful for.
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
His kindness and patience always with me.
His sense of humor and ability to make me laugh.
He’s always there to listen, help and support no matter how big or small the issue.
Who proposed and how?
He proposed. We were in the Iveagh Gardens in Dublin enjoying a summer picnic and after a comment from me saying how great the day was and “what more would ya need” to which he produced a ring and said how about getting married. Of course I said yes.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
Bella Bleu Bridal shop in Cork City, Ireland.
My bridesmaid Deborah spotted the MWL Ryder dress and suggested I try it on. Once it was on I knew it was my dress.
What was the best moment for you at your wedding?
Stepping onto the landing to enter the ceremony room and glancing my husband waiting for me. A moment we will both forever remember.
What were your favourite details?
Having my two closest friends by my side.
Enjoying the party with all our friends and family.
Wandering St Stephen’s Green Park with my best friend as everyone admired us as Newlyweds.
What advice would you tell other brides?
Get organised on time so you can enjoy the whole magic of the lead up and the day itself
