How did you meet?

Funny story, my now husband actually matched on a dating app with my old roommate. We had all met up as a group for a night on the town and it didn’t work out between them. I ended up talking to him the majority of the night! And ever since that night 7 years ago we have been together!

When did you know they were the one?

I knew he was the one even before he asked me to be his girlfriend (which took him a year). After a few dates and weekends we had spent together, I knew this man was going to be my husband

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

He’s hard working and driven, he is passionate and caring about his friends and family, and he protects my heart

Who proposed and how?

He proposed to me at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado the day after my best friends wedding. The spot he proposed in at Red Rocks was a closed down concession stand, super romantic! Afterwards, he planned a surprise engagement brunch with our closest friends.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with my dress looking for inspiration on Instagram actually! I stumbled upon Made With Love and fell in love with the style and felt as though I would feel comfortable and the dresses would fit my body well.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The best moment was standing at the alter and looking at all the support we were surrounded by. Also, sharing our personal vows before the ceremony to have some time to ourselves.

What advice would you tell other brides?

It’s likely you and your guests won’t remember a lot of the finer details you stress about. Think about two or three things you’d like to stand out to your guests. Ours were laser cut names made from wood to hold their place at their table, late night snacks (goldfish), and strong, beautiful his/her cocktails. Also, create a music playlist for the dance floor that are fun to sing along to! We have so many fun pictures of ourselves and our guests singing to the song and really getting into it!
