How did you meet?

We met threw a friend. Turns out we lived 5 doors up from each other and I didn’t even know. He did. He said he used to look out for me on his runs. It was faint because he could never build the courage to knock on my door.

When did you know they were the one?

It was love at first sight for both of us. Literally instant attraction!

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

Honesty, humour and a killer smile!

Who proposed and how?

Nathan did. He took wine to the beach and wrote will you marry me in the sand. I forgot my glasses and didn’t know what it said at first. Haha we laugh about it now. But but back then I definitely killed the moment lol.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with the River dress when I was searching for wedding dresses on Instagram. Honestly that was it for me as soon as I saw it Boho, elegant and the detail amazing but not to much. I was sold and I couldn’t wait to try it on. I was lucky it suited me and it was the only one I tried on. I would wear it everyday if I could haha.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The best part of our wedding when during the speeches hearing all our favourite people in the world. Talking about us and our love. Our hearts have never felt so warm and full. Oh and when we were all dancing on the dance floor. We are a bunch of cool cats haha.

What were your favourite details?

On the dress – I loved the tulle skirt and the low V at the back. Omg and the bead work . Okay so I love the whole dress this is hard to name a favourite when you just love it all.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Take everything in and enjoy every single moment. It’s over before you know it. Don’t sweat the small things and if things don’t go quite to the run sheet. Laugh it off. Your day will be perfect regardless because you are marry the person of your dreams, the reason your favourite people are gathered with you to celebrate right ? Oh and don’t stress about your hair and makeup all day. After photos no one really cares. they are all just there to have a good time and celebrate love with you.
