How did you meet?

Tinder actually! A week later we met Jason asked me to delete the app and another week later during a dinner at Buddha Bar he officially asked me to be his girlfriend. Such an old fashioned gentleman move which was very refreshing in the ‘modern dating’ scene.

When did you know they were the one?

I think he knew it straight away…it took me a little longer but his consistency, kindness and commitment has won me over.

Who proposed and how?

I came back from girls holiday as it was first time I could go away during pandemic and he has made the custom ring by the jeweler and could not wait any longer. We were together for 8 months by then (during lockdown which felt longer as we pretty much moved in together).

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

After scrolling through MWL Instagram wall, I emailed MWL boutique in London to ask to give me a ring if they had any cancelations and literally got a call back within 20 minutes. It was meant to be! I tried 4 dresses and River was the last dress brought out – it fitted like a glove and had everything I was looking for – class, elegance and a bit of sex appeal – simplicity of crepe fabric and strong silhouette and a bit of glam which was added by deep embellished v neck.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Making my groom all teary and emotional 🙂

What were your favourite details?

I put a lot of thought into aesthetics and styling of our wedding day. Everything was well thought of – from bridesmaids robes to color and texture of the napkins

What advice would you tell other brides?

Enjoy, take it easy and make sure to stop for pictures when prompted by photographer! You will not get a second chance.
