How did you meet?

We met during our sophomore year in high school and began dating our senior year. We’ve been together ever since!

When did you know they were the one?

We were long distance during college and being able to make it through that really made me realize we could do anything together.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

He’s loyal, considerate, and attentive.

Who proposed and how?

He proposed in New Orleans on a trip we took. His parents went on their honeymoon in New Orleans and it has been such a special place for their family and now it’s a special place for us.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

Truthfully, on Instagram first!! I saw Louie flowy and just knew I had to try it on. I went to Bella Bleu Bridal in Winnetka, IL and it was the first dress I tried on. It was love as first sight. My entire appointment only took 34 minutes because that’s how sure I was!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The moment after the ceremony and before the reception. The time we had to take in what was happening and just prepare for the party! It was such a special day.

What were your favourite details?

Oh my gosh, everything?! It truly was the most perfect day. We still can’t get over how wonderful everything was and keep raving that we wouldn’t have changed a thing.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Go in with zero expectations on the actual day. This mindset really helped me to stay super calm and chill and enjoy the day!

Any standout vendors?

All of them! But especially our florist Michaela Mantarian, photographer Ebby L Photography, and planner Regina with Amelia Cole Events. They were so personable and fun to work with throughout the planning process and on the actual day. A dream team of the best ladies!
