How did you meet?

Years ago via a joint friend. The first long conversation between us I remember was in 2009. But we were always in relationships until 2017. As Sven noticed that we are both single he intensified the contact and we started dating.

When did you know they were the one?

The first time we went together to the Netherlands for surfing. There we noticed how much we have in common, that we like the same things and how much we love spending time with each other.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

He is the most spontaneous and relaxed guy I know, he is honest and likes advantages and making the best out of each day as much as I do.

Who proposed and how?

Sven proposed to me in the Netherlands at the spot were we also fall in love which each other and married on the 10.09.2022 (Renesse, Zeeland, Netherlands).
We were laying at the dam watching the sunset after a surf session listing to our favorite Dutch DJ when a nice song “I love you” was played and Sven (spontaneous) decided that this was the perfect moment to ask me.
He was carrying the ring already for some time with him. He also already traveled to Greece and Denmark before he finally had his big moment in the Netherlands.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I was at Brautblüte store in Düsseldorf. I was advised very well from the lovely Caro that upfront asked me a lot about Sven and me and how we are going to marry (beach wedding). Afterwards she showed me a few dresses – one of it my lovely Louie Flowy. I also let Caro decide the order for the fitting. Louie Flowy was the third. I already cried when I tried it on behind the curtain and as soon as I stepped out from the changing room all my companions immediately started crying as well.

There was no doubt that this is my dress. It just felt so comfortable. I could immediately image how I walk along the beach and dance the whole night in this beautiful dress and that Sven will love it as well.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

The ceremony – when Sven and I saw each other the 1st time – he also looked so good <3. And the party was awesome. I was dancing the entire night in my Louie Flowy.
