How did you meet?

Met through friends at a health club. I thought he was cute and of course my friend told him and turned out he thought the same.

When did you know they were the one?

Before we became ‘official’ and had been dating for a few months I started to get this feeling deep down that he could be the one.

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

His eyes, smile and his determination for everything he does and puts his mind to.

Who proposed and how?

Sam proposed. Unfortunately his original plan coz messed up because of COVID which he planned to do it on our 5year Anniversary at Werribee Zoo Slumber Safari. Fortunately during the ease of restrictions we managed to have a day out at Healesville Sanctuary and half way through we stopped at a BBQ area where a fire was going (middle of winter). When I turned around to look back at Sam he was in front of me holding a little red box and then he proposed.
It was perfect, just us doing what we love.

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

My mum and I were going to the Gold Coast to visit my girlfriend and her mum and I had only gone to two dress stores before. Mum suggested to see if I could get an appointment at made with love in Gold Coast seeing as I couldn’t get an appointment in Melbourne till Feb (and I was getting married in the September).
I loved the dresses and thought I knew what I wanted but lucky for me I had Carla to take me through my appointment and she asked if I wanted to try on one of her new dresses that she hadn’t released yet. As soon as I put it on I got so confused, it was everything I said I didn’t want but I loved it!
I left confused but booked another appointment two days later and decided at that second appointment that NOAH was the one!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

Best moment was saying I DO marrying my best friend!

What were your favourite details?

My flowers! I loved my bouquet and had my late grandfathers cufflinks wrapped around it so he was with me on the day.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Enjoy every minute! Take it all in because it goes so quick!

Our Videographers were awesome!

Plus we only booked them a week before the wedding due to our original videographer was in hospital.
