How did you meet?

Liam and I met when we were just 12 years old at primary school in a beautiful place called Vanuatu. We began dating in high school as we both found ourselves in boarding school and the rest is history!

When did you know they were the one?

We decided to go for a bike ride on a rainy day in the UK. We got lost, we were drenched and I chucked my bike on the road to give up and ran for cover under a tree (a bit of a tantrum some would say). Liam ran over laughing his head off and grabbed me for a big smooch. I knew then that if he could still love me at my worst, he was the one.

Who proposed and how?

Liam proposed to me while we were in Portugal on a beautiful secluded beach. The funny part though was I did not want to leave the warm restaurant to go and watch the sunset as it was overcast and a bit chilly! Liam however insisted and insisted and reluctantly I made the trek down to the beach for him to pop the question!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with my dress online actually! It was one of the first dresses I saved in my wedding ‘wish’ folder. When I went to the Gold Coast boutique I was so excited to try it on – it was the first one I tried on! I immediately fell in love and felt so sexy and beautiful in it. It was everything I had hoped for in a dress.

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

My favorite moments at our wedding would have to be the little moments Liam and I got together during different parts of the day. When we got back from our photoshoot it was just him and I for a few moment and we got to have a little dance and cuddle together to really soak in the day.

What advice would you tell other brides?

It’s hard not to want to be super organised for your big day and it does pay off! But my advice would be to just let it all go the day before the wedding and allow things to happen. What will be will be and looking back it is all small details in comparison to marrying your partner!
