How did you meet?
I worked at restaurant with his best friend and we went out one day after work with everyone. We ended up talking all night in our own little corner and the rest is history.
When did you know they were the one?
I just knew from the time we spent time together the first time. There was just something different about him.
What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?
He values his family and mine.
He’s very patient with me.
He’s a people person and so kind to everyone he meets.
Who proposed and how?
He did we had been dating 10 years and both knew we were ready. He took me on a date and I really thought it was going to happen at dinner. But once the dinner was over, nothing. Then he said he had something else planned for us after. He planned a plane ride around Dallas and he proposed mid air.
Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?
I actually purchased another dress from another designer. But then the sample sale online hit and I decided to take a chance and buy it without trying it on or even knowing if it would fit. Once it came in I knew right away I made the right choice.
What was the best moment for you at your wedding?
Our first dance even thought we hardly practiced. It was just magical.
What were your favourite details?
The flowers at the wedding. It was beyond anything I ever imagined.
What advice would you tell other brides?
Take a moment to take it all in. The wedding day goes so fast. Get as many pictures as you can. Enjoy every second.
