How did you meet?

Me and my partner met in high school 2009, first relationship, first love. We went our separate ways for some years but we was always draw back to one another and then finally in 2015 we decided to give it another go, the rest is history!

When did you know they were the one?

I realised he was the one from very early on, if not straight away. When a girl gets them feels, we just know!

What are your three favourite attributes of your partner?

My three favourite attributes of my partner are; he’s a big softy, his strong family values and ambition to give us his family the best possibly life and finally his gorgeous smile.

Who proposed and how?

He proposed to me.. on holiday in a Spanish restaurant, a bottle of red wine later and he mustard up the courage to do it!

Where did you fall in love with your dress and why?

I fell in love with MWL about 5 years ago, I came across the page on social media and knew then I wanted a MWL dress for my wedding day. At this point the only places that stocked them in the UK was about a 3-4 hour drive from me, but I was willing to travel to get my dream dress. Covid and a house reno came and our wedding got pushed back but every cloud has a silver lining as when I finally started to look for dresses again, I saw a bridal shop near me had started stocking MWL, I have never booked an appointment quicker in my life!

What was the best moment for you at your wedding?

My favourite moment of my wedding was walking down the aisle to see my husband -to-be stood there, the emotions that came to him when he saw me was something that I will never forgot. A core memory that will stay with me forever.

What were your favourite details?

My favourite details of the day were, our flowers- flowers make everything just look so much more beautiful don’t they!, Location- I think the location is a key detail for your wedding day in my opinion, if you have a beautiful location you don’t have to add much more detail, as it does all the talking and final probably my favourite detail, our friends and family’s expressions, from beginning to end everyone had a smile on their face and I think that just makes the room, having an amazing time with your closest people.

What advice would you tell other brides?

Just love yourself! it’s one day of your life were you can let all your insecurities go! and feel like the confident superwomen all of us girls dream about being.
